This past weekend I purchased my first a DSLR camera (an entry level Canon Rebel) - for years I've been making do with a small point and shoot. It's amazing to be back in the world of manual settings and decent depth of field! Yesterday, on a foggy Sunday morning, I took my new camera out and experimented while walking along the train tracks near my mother's home....
i got my first DSLR during the summer -- what a difference it makes. a canon rebel too! have fun lady :)
ReplyDeleteI have been on the hunt for a new camera, my first DSLR. I'm looking at a Canon, can I ask which one you chose? I have to say I'm also enjoying your posts/photos about relocating to Vancouver. I grew up in Gold River but have been gone from the Island for many years. I miss the ocean but I'm thinking I couldn't do the "winters" there any longer. I need the sunshine that comes with the cold winters of Northwestern Ontario. Cheers.
