OUR VERY OWN CAMPSITE

Through V's good eye at the local goodwill we recently became owners of a vintage Coleman cooler (complete with bottle cap opener built in) and I've put it to use in our living room as a coffee table of sorts. I noticed that combined with our old scrabble board, picnic table and corner 'branch tree' the cooler has unintentionally pushed us out of 'eclectic' and into 'campsite'. I kind of hate themed rooms (ok, really hate) so for the next while I will be focusing on furniture that you would not feel comfortable pulling up to a roaring fire...

I don't think this is 'themey' at all!

It's still super rustic, yet clean and put together. I dont' think you need to worry about changing anything.

Oh that cooler brings back memories. I can smell that empty cooler smell right now!

i don't think it's too themey! i think it looks just warming and what not...but i understand wanting to mix in some more pieces and what not...
that cooler is a RAD find though.

So FUN!! It looks great. No worries on it being "themey."

I absolutely love this room. That coleman cooler was a great find! I am also in LOVE with the picnic table.. I may have to keep that idea on the back burner. LOVE it!!

I have one of those Coleman coolers too! It's hiding in my closet and doesn't have that amazing decal on the front. You've inspired me to bring it out.
